I wish I were in the States!" :) I particularly like the 2 programmers per keyboard idea! I know it's never too late to move over, but that would involve taking wife, 15 month old daughter and 2 cats over as well! :) Besides, I've programmed in a gazillion languages, but other than SAP R/3, it was mostly for fun, so I don't have many years of "real" programming under my belt even though I'm 40!
