The doctor refused to examine the cat, wouldn't open the carrier, refused to sedate him, and THEN charged me for the office visit! I am so upset! <br> <br>I have set an appointment with another Vet for tomorrow, and hopefully, the cat will be examined and receive his annual shots. <br> <br>I know doctors don't want to be attacked, but they do make restraint devices for cats.
