lol… like i said… "if you can" - there is language in the first license that basically renders it not usable for most people unless they are already part of the beta program and have signed an NDA ;o)

It’s nice to have a choice.

I thought I wanted to talk about DB,

but now, having seen the new license,

I find that I want to be able to use

DB at my leisure until it is released.

So, I will stay with the first license.

Hey Joe,

No worries. Actually it’s not really an ammendment or a change. It’s a separate and alternate license. You still have the previous bum license and can abide by if you can This is a separate license that you might find more "useful" and friendly.

Kind of like dual licensing with CLX where you can choose the GPL license, or you can choose the Borland license. -m
